Grilled Balsamic Strawberries

I just love it when something so simple is this delicious!
The grill may be full but find room for these beautiful berries!
Grilled Balsamic Strawberries
8 large whole Strawberries, cleaned
1-2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1-2 tablespoons sugar (or I suppose you could use 1-2 tablespoons sugar substitute)
2 wooden skewers soaked for 10 minutes in water
Directions:
Prepare grill with hot coals or turn the gas onto high
Dip strawberries in balsamic vinegar
Roll in the sugar
Place Strawberries on Skewers
Place on a hot grill to mark, approximately 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and eat or if you can wait, place on ice cream or serve as a garnish on a hot cobbler.
