Street Food has been around for generations! …but…Street Food is making a come-back! Truthfully, I am really glad. Many of the carts of today are traditional but there is a new guy in town. It’s the Gourmet Food Cart and Vendor. Several places I’m aware of that are very ‘Cart Friendly’ are in Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington and Austin, Texas. More
