I have been hot doggin’ for two years now and plan on opening my second cart this year. I have lots of great info to share with anyone thinking about running a hot dog cart.

There is a joke I really like and it involves a hot dog vendor.
A Buddhist monk goes up to a hot dog vendor in NYC and buys a hot dog. He gives him a $20, gets a hot dog and then waits for his change. After about 5 minutes, the monk says, “Excuse me, I was expecting some change.”
The hot dog vendor says, “Change? Change comes from within!”
