Foot Soak for Tired Feet

Did you have a long day on your feet?  Well, here is a simple tried and true foot soak that will help to bring life back into those 10 little piggies toes.

Lavender and Peppermint Foot Soak

This foot soak soothes aches, remove odors, and soften rough skin. Hey go ahead and add some rose or lavender petals to the bath.

1/2 cup epsom salts
5 drops peppermint oil or extract
3 drops tea tree oil
3 drops lavender oil

Use a bowl or pan deep soak up to  your ankles.  If you have them, place stones or marbles in the bottom of the pan.  Pour warm water over this and stir in salts and oils.  Soak both feet for 10 to 15 minutes.  Rinse feet and pat dry.  If you want, rub your feet with moisturizers.
