The World’s Best Greek Hot Dog Sauce

What’s your favorite way to eat a hot dog?

There are now so many variations, the possibilites are endless.

Though I love a variety, my standard issue hot dog is this:

  • chili
  • cheese
  • mustard
  • onion
  • sweet relish

That little guy is fully loaded to the point that you often wonder if it’s a forker – you know what I mean – there is no way to pick it up and eat it with your hands.

Now I have a family member, Dan, that is Greek.  When his family moved to the United States many years ago, they settled in Wisconsin.  He had an uncle that opened a restaurant.  As Dan tells it, his uncle made a tradional but exceptional hot dog Greek Sauce.  The restaurant has been long closed.  No recipe could be found.  After talking to Dan about the different flavors and the texture, I went to work.

When Dan and his family came over for a hot dog test run, I received the most coveted award of two thumbs up…and that’s not easy holding a hot dog!  With his kind manners, once he had an empty mouth he said “That’s as close to Uncle John’s as it gets!”  Yeah!  Confirmation of that much desired two-thumbs-up award!

Oh, I need to mention that using the German Mustard just sends this over the top!

My goal?  To manufacture, package and sell the World’s Best Greek Hot Dog Sauce in the world!

Now I don’t know how to think small, so there it is!  In Black and White.  A small part of the whole game plan.

So in a Shout Out for HELP!, I do not know where to start.  I have a product that receives glowing reviews from the Greek Nephew but from many others as well.
