Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed Bell Peppers, well you either love ’em or you don’t!

Have you ever stopped to note the differences in flavor of the different colored peppers?  The green ones, they taste like what we think of when someone says “bell pepper”.  The reds are quite a bit sweeter, the orange are between the two and the yellow peppers are very very mild.

In this picture, these are the orange.  I have to think these are my favorites for stuffed peppers.

Along with our all beef hot dogs, chili dogs, sauerkraut dogs and Texas Hots, you will find a jazzy menu item of sausage and peppers grilled to perfection in olive oil, sliced red peppers with a touch of Italian sauce. 

You can find us at the Advance Auto Parts store on Little Road in Hudson, Florida.  We will also be at the Hudson Sea Fest, the Swamp Buggy Races in Naples, Florida along with other nearby fairs and festivals.

Normally winter seems to be the time comfort foods come to mind.  For me, any time of the year is the time for comfort foods!

Our cute, little Italian-style Ape (Ah-pay = Bee in Italian ) Coffee Cart will bring  fun and the best espresso to you while you enjoy your outdoor experience. We are serving Italian and Brazilian coffee at your festival, event, farmer’s market or at the beach.  Sea Otter Classic 2009, Quail Motorcycle Gathering, Moto GP and others.  We also enjoy ribbon cuttings, grand openings, weddings and private parties.  Our “entire team” is committed to meeting those needs.
